Shape Gatik Carrier™ market performance through autonomous fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, and route reliability. Work onsite five days weekly at the Toronto office.
This Senior Manager leads end-to-end operations for an assigned Gatik market supporting live commercial autonomous freight routes. You will coordinate fleet, depot, yard, fueling, driver, vendor, and customer SLA activities. The role also partners with AV Engineering, Hardware, and Product teams on field testing and diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain fleet reliability, uptime, and vehicle turnaround performance
- Partner on repairs, sensor calibrations, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Manage fueling routines, yard schedules, staging, and route alignment
- Coordinate driver recertification, shift handovers, and labor management
- Investigate incidents and direct vehicle recovery operations
- Six to ten or more years leading logistics or fleet operations
- Direct multidisciplinary team management experience
- Strong knowledge of middle-mile or last-mile freight flows
- Mechanical understanding of brakes, powertrains, electrical systems, and preventive maintenance
- Experience with yard management systems and fueling infrastructure
