This Technical Program Manager role owns delivery across the complete program lifecycle. You will establish structure, coordinate multiple work streams, and keep critical programs progressing toward reliable, high-quality execution. The position requires broad technical experience, strong stakeholder management, and comfort addressing ambiguity in development environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive programs from research and development through manufacturing
- Define milestones, dependencies, work streams, and critical paths
- Manage vendor and partner relationships through changes
- Document decisions, status, and shared technical information
- Escalate decisions requiring senior input concisely
- Technical experience spanning hardware, software, and manufacturing
- Three-plus years in technical program or project management
- Track record delivering multidisciplinary programs at scale
- Ability to engage credibly on engineering trade-offs
- Structured thinking and strong attention to detail
