Lead a multi-million-dollar rental business with Sunbelt Rentals, using leadership and communication skills to drive branch performance. Manage a rental center business unit.
The Branch Manager directs, coordinates, and evaluates the rental center business unit. This leadership role oversees Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, and Logistics. It also manages financial and performance goals, operational reporting, and financial reporting functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct overall rental center business unit performance
- Lead Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, and Logistics
- Achieve financial and performance goals
- Coordinate operational and financial reporting functions
- Build a success-driven team through leadership
- Business Management degree and one year rental experience
- Or three to four years rental industry experience
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Understanding of P&L and key financial controls
