Key Responsibilities:- Follow daily departmental checklists and operational priorities
- Oversee fixed operations and property management activities
- Manage business growth and dealership profitability
- Provide training for all forward positions
- Meet government inspection deadlines and workplace regulations
- Five or more years in the automotive industry
- At least three years managing within the industry
- Sales experience with strong computer and leadership skills
- Ability to adapt, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail
