Senior Manager Wealth Strategy Transformation

As Senior Manager, you will manage projects and programs aligned with enterprise and group goals. You will break down strategic problems, deliver insights, and influence decisions across internal and external stakeholder groups. The position also supports operational programs and risk-informed execution within BMO’s Risk Management Framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead cross-business coordination for change implementation
Resolve strategic issues through independent analysis
Develop recommendations based on data and business implications
Support operational program planning and implementation
Apply risk-informed decisions within approved policies
Requirements:
Five to seven years of relevant experience typically required
Post-secondary education in a related field
Deep technical proficiency from education and experience
In-depth written and verbal communication skills
In-depth collaboration and team skills
Use transformation leadership, strategic analysis, and risk-aware judgment to advance wealth initiatives across BMO.
