Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 per year

• Supervise, coordinate, and support daily activities of production line operators and fabricators
• Actively participate in manufacturing operations when additional support or technical expertise is required
• Ensure production schedules, output targets, and delivery timelines are consistently met
• Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions when required
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to drive performance and engagement
• Oversee safe operation and routine maintenance of CNC machines and production equipment
• Maintain accurate records related to production output, quality, downtime, and staffing
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (maintenance, logistics, engineering, management) to ensure smooth operations
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost control

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience operating and maintaining CNC machines
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
• Strong understanding of production workflows, quality control, and shop‑floor operations
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency with computer systems and production‑related software
• High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality and safety
• College degree or higher in a relevant field
• Assets: experience in stone, glass, or related manufacturing; familiarity with Waterjet machines; mechanical repair and troubleshooting experience
