Position: Monteur structural / Structural Assembler
Responsibilities
:
Develop an inventory of components before proceeding to the assemblyRun all installation tasks, preparation of parts, equipment, and productsAssembling the metallic and/or composite parts according to the technical data of the customer (plans, production, quality, instruction sheets, lines, environment, installation instructions, maps.Ensure the right products are used (sealing, bonding, corrosion, paint) and the right tools for assembling, according to the technical instructions and safetyInstall bolts, rivets, screws, or accessories for fixing, supporting, or hanging components and subsetsDrill holes in the structure and its subsets, attaching hooks, hinges, or clips to secure the facility or to secure subsetsEnsure the technical development of the assembled unit after controlInspect and check the installed units, parts, and equipment to ensure the fit, performance, and compliance with standards, using measurement instruments and testingVerify compliance of work with the generic and specific standards set in the documentation of technical work and report any irregularitiesAssess his / her own workQualifications:
The ability to work in a teamGood analytical and information processingManual dexterityExcellent knowledge in reading and interpreting drawings and plansMinimum of 3 years of experience in the last five years as an aircraft assemblerExpleo Values:
