Forklift Operator (Counterbalance)

Location: Weston & Finch – North York, ON
Pay Rate: per hour (starting)
Shift: Monday to Friday | 6: AM – 2: PM
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent after 3-month probation
Key Responsibilities
Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
Load and unload materials and finished products
Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse
Assist with general warehouse duties as required
Receive hands-on training on CNC machinery with potential for advancement
Qualifications & Requirements
Valid counterbalance forklift experience
Background in sheet metal (required)
Strong communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Ability to lift up to lbs
High school diploma required
