This is a highly operational, site‑based role with strong involvement in production, logistics, customers, and day‑to‑day problem solving.
The role is ideal for an experienced Operations / Plant / Manufacturing Manager who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys being close to the floor and the customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day‑to‑day manufacturing and operational activities with a strong hands‑on approach
Manage production and logistics teams, primarily shop‑floor employees
Work closely with industrial customers, ensuring responsiveness and fast issue resolution
Own operational KPIs and drive continuous improvement
Take responsibility for operational financial performance, including cost control and efficiency
Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to support production needs
Act as a key problem‑solver across operations, customers, and supply chain
Maintain high availability and close involvement in daily operations
Requirements
Proven operational leadership experience in a manufacturing environment – mandatory
Background as an Operations Manager / Plant Manager / Manufacturing Manager
Strong understanding of production, logistics, and industrial customers
Experience managing KPIs and operational metrics
Hands‑on, solution‑oriented, and highly available leadership style
