What Will You Do?
Supervise, coordinate, and support daily activities of production line operators and fabricators
Actively participate in manufacturing operations when additional support or technical expertise is required
Ensure production schedules, output targets, and delivery timelines are consistently met
Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions when required
Train, coach, and motivate team members to drive performance and engagement
Oversee safe operation and routine maintenance of CNC machines and production equipment
Maintain accurate records related to production output, quality, downtime, and staffing
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (maintenance, logistics, engineering, management) to ensure smooth operations
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost control
What Do You Bring?
Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience operating and maintaining CNC machines
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment
Strong understanding of production workflows, quality control, and shop‑floor operations
Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
Proficiency with computer systems and production‑related software
High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality and safety
College degree or higher in a relevant field
Assets: experience in stone, glass, or related manufacturing; familiarity with Waterjet machines; mechanical repair and troubleshooting experience
