Position OverviewThe QC In-Line Production Inspector is responsible for checking in-process quality during production. They are required to report defects using a tablet and notify the appropriate personnel.
What You’ll Do- Conduct QC inspection and identify the defects based on CG quality criteria during day-to-day activities.
- Inspection and follow-up on daily repairs from the production floor.
- May speak and communicate with operators on sewing issues.
- Inform other QA team members about issues.
- Daily follow-up on implementation and maintenance of quality standards.
- Provide regular feedback to the Production and QA team regarding the garment’s quality performance.
- Complete all other duties as required to support the mission of the Production and QA department.
- Complies with company policies and procedures and is available to work extra hours when needed.
- Experience in the Garment Industry.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction.
- Must be proactive and take accountability of assigned projects
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, operate proactively, work as a team and handle challenges
- Excellent common sense, decision-making abilities, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to evaluate options and generate solutions
- Confident, articulate, organized, detail-oriented, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and hard-working
- Manufacturing Environment
- Working with products that include feathers
- Stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 8 hours
- Regularly bend, lift, stretch, and reach both below the waist and above the head
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. on a daily/regular.

$18.38 - $26.93 / hour
