Position: Dynamic Production Coordinator for Efficient Collision Repairs
Oversee the entire repair process as a Production Coordinator in a busy collision facility.

Your role will ensure high-quality repairs while collaborating effectively across departments for timely delivery.

In this pivotal role, you'll manage repairs from initiation through completion, maintaining urgency and adapting to shifting priorities. Key responsibilities include facilitating an efficient workflow, ensuring technicians are equipped for success, and conducting regular meetings to track progress. Your attention to performance metrics will focus on improving processes and eliminating bottlenecks within the shop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate repairs from start to finish

• Maintain technician efficiency and proper work division

• Conduct production meetings to set targets

• Monitor shop safety and health guidelines

• Ensure quality control throughout the repair stages

Requirements:

• 2-3 years in automotive or collision repair

• Knowledge of repair process flow and OEM procedures

• Experience with Mitchell Connect and Audatex

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License

• I-CAR training is an asset
