Location:

Scarborough, Agincourt

Shift: Afternoon Shift – Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay Rate: $21.26/hour

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Compounding Operator / Manufacturing Associate to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates with pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food manufacturing, or GMP-regulated industry experience are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Clean, sanitize, disassemble, and reassemble manufacturing equipment following SOPs and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures

Set up and operate compounding and manufacturing equipment used in the production of cosmetics and related products

Perform batch manufacturing processes including raw material handling, pre-weighing, mixing, compounding, and documentation

Complete batch records, labels, and production paperwork accurately and legibly

Support color matching and product adjustments alongside senior compounders

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas according to GMP standards

Follow all SOPs, WHMIS regulations, PPE requirements, and company health & safety procedures

Assist with inventory control, material handling, and other production-related duties as assigned

Support continuous production operations in a team-oriented environment

Qualifications

Previous pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food manufacturing, or GMP environment experience preferred

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Comfortable operating, cleaning, and assembling production equipment

Ability to lift up to 15 kg and stand for extended periods

Strong communication, organizational, mathematical, and time management skills

Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Health and safety focused mindset with strong attention to detail
