Position: Sanofi Group Leader for Packaging Mechanic

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead equipment installation and modifications

• Develop and implement training programs for team members

• Ensure preventative maintenance on packaging machinery

• Oversee approval of packaging materials specifications

• Conduct process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency

Requirements:

• High School Diploma with a licensed Millwright qualification

• Minimum 5 years of relevant mechanical experience

• Expertise in electronics and packaging operations

• Familiarity with GMPs and sterile techniques

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
