Position: Hands-On Manufacturing Engineer Needed
Become a key player as a Manufacturing Engineer in Foster City, CA, focusing on developing prototype sensors and electromechanical hardware. Leverage your engineering expertise to enhance manufacturing processes from pilot phases through full-scale production.

In this role, you will closely collaborate with product teams to drive production quality and cost efficiency. You will take ownership of manufacturing challenges, ensuring that processes evolve to meet the demands of sustaining production. Your hands-on approach will allow you to train technicians and resolve any issues that arise during production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop test and assembly procedures for hardware

• Lead pilot production and address manufacturability challenges

• Define assembly flows and BOMs for efficient production

• Establish best practices for manufacturing processes

• Facilitate continuous improvement projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Manufacturing or related discipline

• At least 2 years of experience with electromechanical products

• Proficient in manufacturing fixture design and assembly tooling

• Knowledgeable in process verification and control

• Strong background in DFM and DFS implementation
