Morning Shift FSQA Technician at Cappola

The FSQA Technician supports food safety through monitoring and reviewing corrective actions within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will lead pre-operational inspections, execute the Environmental Monitoring Program, and handle microbiological sampling. Your contributions will help ensure compliance and maintain quality standards in food manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead pre-operational inspection program at Cartwright
• Execute site environmental monitoring program
• Conduct microbiological sampling for products and environment
• Assist with environmental monitoring planning
• Participate in HACCP program verification tasks
Requirements:
• Degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in food manufacturing
• Strong data analysis skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• G or G2 driving license required
