Midnight Surface Finish Plating Operator

Elevate your skills as a Surface Finish Plating Operator at TTM Technologies on a midnight shift from 11:00 PM to 7:15 AM. In this role, you will apply intricate plating techniques on PCBs while ensuring quality and safety.

Candidates will operate complex wet process equipment, manage chemical processing parameters, and load racks into plating tanks. Your keen eye for detail will help you monitor deposition cycles and troubleshoot quality issues as they arise, ensuring compliance with customer specifications throughout production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate various plating equipment for PCB processing

• Maintain chemical processing equipment within set parameters

• Carefully load racks and monitor bath conditions

• Compute and set times for deposition cycles

• Report quality issues promptly to supervisors

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• Two years in a Wet Process or similar chemical environment

• Strong knowledge of process chemistry

• Good hand/eye coordination and ability to lift 40 pounds

• Ability to communicate effectively in English
