Position: Maintenance Technician with Millwright Experience

Your role will focus on troubleshooting and maintaining critical manufacturing equipment across various shifts.

To qualify, you must have 5-6 years of experience in industrial maintenance with a strong background in machine maintenance and equipment troubleshooting. Responsibilities encompass preventive maintenance, participating in continuous improvement initiatives, and adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and maintain manufacturing equipment

• Support upgrades and repairs to minimize production downtime

• Engage in Lean Manufacturing projects

• Ensure safety and cleanliness in the workspace

• Operate and maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems

Requirements:

• High school diploma mandatory; trade school preferred

• 1-3 years in manufacturing roles
