This leadership role requires guidance of shift operations and the management of resources to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety protocols. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and the General Manager to implement continuous improvements and achieve production targets.

• Provide leadership and training to production staff
• Oversee workflow and resource allocation effectively
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
• Conduct shift huddles and track KPIs for production
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor maintenance issues

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing, 2 in a leadership role
• Solid understanding of production processes
• Proficient with production management systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a manufacturing setting
