Soldermask Production Supervisor

Lead production at TTM Technologies, a top manufacturer of printed circuit boards, as a Solder mask Supervisor. Ensure safety and quality standards are met on the afternoon shift.
In this full-time role, you will directly supervise manufacturing employees while overseeing daily production tasks. The Solder mask Supervisor collaborates with planning and operations teams to execute manufacturing plans and is responsible for workforce administration. Your leadership will cultivate employee development while promoting a strong safety culture in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production tasks while ensuring safety and efficiency

• Lead shift huddles to communicate priorities and expectations

• Collaborate with planning and operations on effective execution

• Manage staffing, attendance, and training processes

• Drive continuous improvement using Lean manufacturing techniques
Requirements:

• 8 years of manufacturing experience, or 5 years with an associate degree

• Previous leadership experience in a production environment

• Knowledge of Lean tools like 5S and Kaizen

• Strong communication skills to motivate teams

• Proficiency in basic computer systems and manufacturing metrics
