Reporting directly to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor is key to executing production plans within the plant. You will supervise a team, ensuring tasks are completed on time while fostering an atmosphere of mutual respect among team members. Additionally, you will utilize the SAP system to track productivity and quality compliance.
