Production Supervisor

Position: Production Supervisor with Wonderbrands
Elevate food production operations as a Production Supervisor vide hands-on leadership to meet production targets while ensuring a safe working environment.

This role reports directly to the Production Manager and is crucial for overseeing a production shift. You will lead team efforts, facilitate communication, and coordinate production schedules across departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to resolve issues and maintain quality and safety standards effectively throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the production team on multiple lines

• Ensure that productivity and safety standards are adhered to

• Coordinate schedules and resources for smooth operations

• Conduct regular inspections to maintain safety

• Utilize SAP for production reporting and tracking

Requirements:

• University/college degree in a related area

• Proven leadership and motivational skills

• Strong organizational and relational skills

• Flexible schedule availability

• Understanding of good manufacturing practices preferred
