Job Description

We are hiring a Cabinet Maker / Mill worker to join our growing team. Whether you’re an experienced craftsperson or someone new to the trade with a strong interest in woodworking, we’d like to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Build and assemble custom cabinetry and millwork components
  • Read and follow shop drawings, plans, and measurements
  • Operate woodworking machinery, including and not limited to:
    • Industrial table saws
    • Sanders (belt, orbital, drum, etc.)
    • Drills
    • Planers
    • Routers & shapers
    • Other hand tools and machinery
  • Finishing (Paint and stain) experience is an asset
  • Sand and prepare wood surfaces for finishing (painting or staining)
  • Ensure accurate cuts, quality craftsmanship, and safe operation at all times
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with team members and follow production timelines
Requirements

Entry-Level Applicants:

  • Strong interest in woodworking and craftsmanship
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the trade
  • Good attitude, reliability, and work ethic

Experienced Candidates:

  • 2+ years of experience in cabinetry or millwork preferred
  • Skilled in using power tools and woodworking equipment
  • Able to work independently and read technical drawings
