In this full-time position, you'll focus on cutting proteins, yield management, and product handling, while receiving training for skill enhancement. As a Slicer Operator, you're essential for maintaining production standards and quality control while adhering to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Slice and trim products as per specifications
• Handle and transport materials within production areas
• Accurately calculate yields and weights
• Conduct quality checks on products and packaging
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in protein cutting
• Proficient math skills for calculations
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to handle physical tasks and heavy lifting
• Knowledge of knife use and sanitation practices
