Elevate a welding operation as our new Production Supervisor. In this dynamic in-person role, you will oversee daily manufacturing activities and ensure safety and quality are top priorities.
As a skilled Production Supervisor, you will lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your focus will be on achieving production goals while implementing best practices in safety and efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing a diverse team and maintaining high standards of operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate shop fabrication activities including welding and bending

• Troubleshoot and enhance manufacturing processes for quality

• Promote a culture of safety among team members

• Assist with tool and equipment operations when needed

• Inspect work areas to remain compliant with standards
Requirements:

• Proven experience supervising in manufacturing or assembly

• Certification as a welding supervisor is advantageous

• Strong mechanical aptitude with safe operation skills

• Problem-solving expertise for quick troubleshooting

• Effective communication for training and coordination
