Position  Seasonal General Production (Contract; immediate start, contract end October 30, 2026). Business unit:
Sterling Road Factory, location:
Toronto, Ontario.

Reports to:

Production Team Leader. Rate: 19$ per hour, hours: up to 40 per week, shift: 8‑hour shift with open availability, may include weekends.
Day in the Life   Perform general production jobs that may involve repetitive bending, pushing, twisting, pulling, lifting, and machine operation.
Execute cleaning duties, including cleaning equipment, the facility, and washrooms.
Perform all duties safely; comply with safety, environmental, and quality policies, accident prevention, and compliance programs.
Flexibility to work varied shifts; overtime may be required, including weekends.
Adhere to plant quality standards and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Seek opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications   High school degree or equivalent required and will be verified if chosen as the successful candidate.
Credentials obtained outside of Canada require an evaluation to determine the Canadian educational equivalence.
This evaluation must support the educational requirements for the position as a condition of employment.
1 to 3 years of manufacturing/warehouse experience would be an asset.
Computer knowledge.
Able to understand and interpret the specifications and procedures related to this job.
Be mechanically inclined.
Ability to perform basic mathematics.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Self‑motivated, safety and quality conscious; requiring minimal supervision.
Behavioral Expectations   Understand safety, environmental, and quality policies and actively promote safe and compliant practices in the workplace.
Actively participate in continuous improvement activities (problem‑solving teams, training, shift handover meetings, to name a few).
Work according to ISO 14001 Environment and OHSAS 18001 safety requirements.

Willingness and ability to adjust to changing conditions or priorities.
