Drive quality production as an Extrusion Process Technician at Multy Home in North York. Ensure efficient operation of extrusion lines while adhering to safety and quality standards.
In this hands-on role, you will handle the operation of NGR recycling extrusion lines and optimize machine performance. Strong mechanical aptitude is essential, along with experience in troubleshooting and maintaining equipment. Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure stable processing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate the NGR recycling extrusion line
• Adjust machine parameters for optimal production
• Monitor system performance and respond to alarms
• Conduct quality checks on pellets and document results
• Troubleshoot operational issues and assist with maintenance
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in extrusion processes
• Solid understanding of polymer processing fundamentals
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety procedures
• Experience with NGR or similar recycling equipment
• Strong communication skills for teamwork and documentation
