MRO Inspector Shipping​/Receiving

Position: MRO Inspector Shipping / Receiving
Responsibilities

Receive on-dock customer and supplier shipments.

Create receiving advices in SAP including serial numbers as required and forward parts and paperwork accordingly.

Load/unload trucks.

Package and process outbound shipments to customers and suppliers in a time-sensitive environment.

Inspect all product to ensure parts conform to paperwork and travelers.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of shipper/receiver experience in an aerospace or related manufacturing environment.

Valid forklift license.

Military packaging knowledge and Dangerous Goods Packaging Certificate (asset).

Understanding of US/Canada customs regulations (desired).

Knowledge/understanding of SAP.

Proven problem solving skills and experience with lean manufacturing.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.

Ability to use hand and machine tools.

Excellent computer and problem solving skills.

Self-motivated; able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.

Ability to work shifts when required.

Proven ability to work well with others in a team environment.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (must).
