Morning Shift General Labourer Position

Join our fabrication and shipping team as a Morning Shift General Labourer. This role requires attention to quality checks and adherence to safety standards in a dynamic production environment.

The General Labourer will report directly to the department Supervisor and perform essential tasks in the Production Department. Key responsibilities include conducting quality checks, documenting necessary data, and maintaining cleanliness in work areas according to 5S requirements. Successful candidates will ensure product compliance and notify supervisors of any defects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute general tasks in the Production Department

• Conduct quality checks based on provided training

• Notify supervisors of product defects or issues

• Document necessary information as per company policy

• Maintain proper housekeeping and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Meet prescribed production standards

• Achieve high accuracy in task completion

• Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Conscientious and eager to learn
