Automotive Materials Analyst Position

Drive excellence in supply chain management as a Materials Analyst in the automotive sector. Optimize inventory control and production scheduling to enhance efficiency and exceed customer expectations.

This position is critical in managing complex supply chains, highlighting a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing supply chain management. You will analyze material requirements, conduct inventory audits, and collaborate with procurement while ensuring compliance with IATF
16949 and ISO
14001 standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate timely production following established procedures

• Analyze and forecast material requirements based on business needs

• Review and suggest adjustments to inventory levels

• Conduct audits of material inventories to report discrepancies

• Develop relationships with suppliers for pricing negotiations

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of supply chain experience in automotive manufacturing

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, APICS, CPIM

• Expertise in inventory management software and ERP systems

• Significant experience with SAP software

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
