Key responsibilities include monitoring equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting environmental initiatives. Ideal candidates should have mechanical aptitude and experience in plant operations or heavy equipment handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and clean equipment to ensure operational safety

• Maintain the plant and site according to best practices

• Perform daily inspections for maintenance scheduling

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in industrial plant operation preferred

• Mechanical aptitude with forklift and skidsteer training

• First Aid, Surface Miner, and other certifications

• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
