Position: Toronto Forklift Operator for Cookie Production
Join a dedicated team as a Forklift Operator at a cookie manufacturing facility in Toronto. This role focuses on safely managing materials and supporting production on the weekend night 24/7 B shift.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating different types of forklifts and familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). In this position, you'll be tasked with moving raw and finished goods, using computer systems for inventory tracking, and assisting with essential packing operations, all while maintaining a peanut-free environment and adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts and reach trucks

• Transport materials efficiently between production areas

• Adhere to GMP standards to ensure compliance

• Record inventory movements accurately using computer systems

• Assist with supplying materials during packing operations

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of forklift operating experience

• Background in a food manufacturing or similar environment

• Strong computer skills for inventory management

• Capability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs

• Comfortable with weekend night shifts and flexible scheduling
