Position: Technical Operator for Food Manufacturing

In this position, you will ensure the efficiency and safety of production equipment. With 1–3 years of experience, you will conduct routine quality checks and carry out basic maintenance to avoid unplanned downtime. Your technical training and mechanical skills will be essential as you work directly with production teams to support continuous improvements and training of new staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor automated production machinery operations

• Perform equipment set-up and calibration tasks

• Execute in-process quality checks for compliance

• Complete downtime and production paperwork

• Participate in health and safety training sessions

Requirements:

• 1–3 years in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to understand technical manuals

• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills

• Capable of lifting over 20 kg

• Flexible with shift scheduling, including nights
