Batch Maker in Manufacturing Environment

This unionized position requires a motivated Batch Maker. You will learn and apply all company policies while working both independently and collaboratively. Key responsibilities include controlling processing units, monitoring product changes, and performing tests during production, all while ensuring safety and cleanliness in your workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a clean, safe work area at all times

• Control and monitor semi-automatic and automatic systems

• Record data on batch cards for quality control

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment

• Conduct bulk loading and manage raw material inventory

Requirements:

• Grade 12 education or equivalent preferred

• Mathematically skilled for volumetric calculations

• Prior experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus

• Capable of lifting up to 50lbs

• Flexible to work overtime or varying shifts
