Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily client correspondence with a sense of urgency

• Schedule workflows for various departments, ensuring adherence to timelines

• Conduct multiple daily floor rounds to ensure productivity

• Coordinate internal and external shipping schedules efficiently

• Facilitate communication between design teams and clientele for timely approvals

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing supervisory role

• Ability to read shop drawings/blueprints is an asset

• Strong organizational skills and critical thinking

• Proficient with Microsoft
365 programs

• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
