This essential role combines direct robot operations with oversight of a dedicated team in an industrial setting. As the onsite leader, you'll handle shift management and real-time team coordination, making sure that all protocol gaps are addressed promptly. Your expertise will ensure consistent adherence to safety standards and seamless communication with remote operations leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct safety briefings and daily toolbox talks

• Oversee operator schedules and shift coverage

• Execute robot operation tasks and perform teleoperator functions

Requirements:
