Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Millwright)

Location: Commander Blvd

Pay Rate: $35/hr-$40/hr for day shift (can be more depending on experience)

Shift: Day, Afternoon, Night

Millwright experience preferred.

We are seeking a candidate with 5–6 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/industrial maintenance environment.

What’s the Job?

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment and production lines for a Cosmetic production facility.

Responsibilities
  • Perform setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
  • Support equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, and upgrades to minimize downtime
  • Troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic, and drive systems, as well as PLC/HMI and sensors
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing projects
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and protected work environment in compliance with health & safety standards
What’s Needed?
  • High school diploma required; trade school training preferred
  • Mechanical or Millwright certification is considered an asset
  • 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or maintenance environments
  • Strong knowledge of hand tools, machine tools, and mechanical systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks safely
