Surface Finish Plating Technician - Midnight Shift

Become a part of TTM Technologies as a Surface Finish Plating Technician during the midnight shift, working from 11:00 PM to 7:15 AM. This role involves specialized plating processes critical for PCB finishes.

As a technician, you will execute various plating methods, adjusting chemical processes while ensuring adherence to operational specifications. Your responsibilities include loading racks, monitoring the plating environment, and collaborating with Process Engineers for evaluations, all while maintaining a safe and clean work area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate wet process equipment specifically for plating

• Set and monitor chemical equipment operational parameters

• Load and manage racks in plating tanks

• Calculate and oversee deposition cycle times

• Report any quality discrepancies to management

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred

• At least two years in a Wet Process or related role

• Strong understanding of plating process chemistry

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 40 pounds

• Proficiency in English communication skills
