Tank Farm Operator at GFL Environmental

Successful candidates will ensure adherence to safety protocols while managing the loading and unloading of bulk liquid industrial wastewater. The position requires a proactive attitude and efficiency in a physically demanding role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform shift and equipment checklists daily

• Safely operate vacuum trucks within facility limits

• Manage loading and off-loading processes for wastewater

• Conduct compatibility tests on containerized wastes

• Maintain communication with customers and drivers
Requirements:

• Previous tank farm experience preferred

• Forklift experience is required

• Familiarity with environmental regulations is an asset

• Capable of working independently and in teams

• Must pass a drug and alcohol test
