Position: Manufacturing Engineer at Human Computer Lab
Join Human Computer Lab as a Manufacturing Engineer and spearhead the production of the expressive robot, LeLamp. This role focuses on supply chain management, quality testing, and building processes that support innovation.
In this hands-on position, you will design our internal build line, manage suppliers, and ensure high-quality production of LeLamp. You'll collaborate directly with the founding team, including the CEO, to innovate and optimize manufacturing processes. As a pioneer in the robotics field, you're expected to thrive in an environment where processes need to be established from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement internal build line for Le Lamp

• Manage supply chain and vendor relationships

• Lead reliability and failure analyses for products

• Collaborate with engineers for manufacturability

• Monitor production metrics for continuous improvement
Requirements:

• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance

• Background in robotics or consumer product manufacturing

• Proficiency in 3D CAD and PCB design

• Familiarity with manual and automated assembly methods

• Ability to set up hardware testing frameworks
