Overview
Make it happen at Mondelez International by leading a key manufacturing line to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets for the site. The role focuses on delivering business results through strategic thinking, systematic approaches and a strong emphasis on technical mastery and line leadership.
Responsibilities- Ensure safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets are achieved by breaking section targets into line and unit targets and communicating individual performance goals.
- Develop budgets and manage costs, governance, compliance, loss elimination and workforce planning.
- Recruit, retain, develop and plan succession for high‑potential team members.
- Maintain equipment using Autonomous Maintenance (AM) Step 4 and Progressive Maintenance (PM) Step 3 systems, including break‑down and planned maintenance standards.
- Lead line teams, handling interpersonal challenges, influencing in a union setting and communicating effectively.
- Experience and knowledge in AM Step 4 systems, PM Step 3 systems, total productive maintenance, Six Sigma and qualification of AM steps 5–6.
- Strong leadership skills in line management.
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3years of experience as a Team Leader.
Job Type and ScheduleRegular manufacturing core position. 12‑hour continental shift with occasional night shift flexibility required.
Salary and BenefitsBase salary:$76,800–$96,000
CAD, depending on experience, skills and budget. Eligible for a competitive bonus program with a target of 8% and potential for over achievement based on performance and company results.
