Amrize is seeking a reliable Mill Helper for night shifts at its Stouffville site. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning, monitoring, and maintaining plant operations according to industry best practices. A commitment to safety and collaboration will be essential as you engage with team members and contribute to environmental efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance

• Maintain and clean the plant and surrounding site

• Support environmental management operations

• Perform preventative maintenance inspections on equipment

• Develop community relationships through local participation

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in industrial plant operation or maintenance

• Mechanical aptitude and mobile equipment training

• First Aid, Surface Miner, and Working at Heights certifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills
