At Pilot Coffee Roasters, we’re searching for a detail-oriented Packaging and Production Assistant to become part of our committed team at our Wagstaff roastery. Your responsibilities will include packing coffee to fulfill customer orders, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining a tidy production space. With a focus on innovation and relationships, you’ll help us maintain our high standards in coffee quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack products accurately based on customer orders

• Assist in bagging and sealing roasted coffee

• Monitor and manage inventory daily and monthly

• Help with labeling and organization of products

• Maintain cleanliness of the packing line and area

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary education

• Valid G-Class driver’s license is an asset

• Forklift License is preferred

• Experience in food production is an asset

• Familiarity with iOS systems is considered a benefit
