Lead packaging maintenance operations at Redpath Sugar Ltd. in Toronto, ensuring high efficiency and reliability in production. Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and team training as a Packaging Maintenance Supervisor managing all maintenance functions for the packaging line.
Responsibilities- Schedule daily and weekly maintenance activities effectively.
- Achieve preventative maintenance goals for packaging lines.
- Analyze repair specifications for tools and resources.
- Order parts and monitor inventory levels.
- Update SAP systems with maintenance data.
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in scheduling and planning programs.
- Knowledge of SAP systems and mechanical systems.
- Robust communication and organization skills.
- Willingness to work overtime and during weekends.
