Packaging Associate​/General Warehouse

Responsibilities

• Packing print orders in an accurate, efficient and elegant method according to standard company procedures
• Working in a rapid‑paced, production environment and meeting target pack rates, target on‑time deadlines
• Assembling, weeding, organizing, packaging products in Packaging, Assembly, Large Format
• Typing accurately and having attention to detail
• Printing shipping labels accurately and reconciling printed product to job order labels
• Performing quality control, problem solving mixed up orders, properly grouping shipping
• Reconciling product to order labels, understanding about different sets, different pickup deadlines, different addresses
• Packing according to the priority set by the scheduler to ensure on‑time delivery for Pick Up, Rush and Regular orders
• Organizing, printing shipping labels, packing and shipping orders
• Communicating clearly and collaboratively in a team environment
• Checking and maintaining inventory
• Restocking packaging supplies by moving large, heavy boxes using pallets, forklift using safe lifting techniques
• Informing management of any issues
• Following instructions and tasks assigned by Packing Manager/ Production Manager
• Maintaining and organizing a clean space
• Packaging orders neatly and in a presentable manner according to company standards
• Adhering to Safety Policies and Procedures
• Targeting Packing Rate KPI goals set out by Department Manager
• Attending Huddle meetings for daily updates, reviewing the department’s weekly performance statistics for productivity

$18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
