Position: Experienced CNC Machine Operator Role

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years of CNC experience, primarily with Lathe and Milling machines. You will read blueprints to maintain tolerances and make necessary program adjustments. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and precision measurement is essential to guarantee operational success and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and set up CNC Lathe and Milling machines

• Interpret engineering drawings for accurate machining

• Adjust CNC programs and offsets accordingly

• Perform inspections with precision measuring tools

• Maintain cleanliness and follow Lean practices

Requirements:

• 2–5 years experience in CNC operations

• Deep knowledge of blueprint interpretation

• Ability to use various hand and power tools

• Crane training preferred but not required

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
