As the Manufacturing Team Lead, you'll break down section targets into actionable goals for your line team. This role demands strategic oversight of budgets, compliance, and workforce planning. Your leadership will foster a positive team environment while addressing interpersonal dynamics, especially within a union context.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure completion of safety and morale targets consistently

• Develop and manage production budgets and compliance

• Recruit and nurture high-potential team members

• Conduct equipment maintenance following AM and PM standards

• Address and influence union-related team dynamics

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a Team Leader role within manufacturing

• Experience with Total Productive Maintenance and Six Sigma

• Effective communication skills, verbally and in writing

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline

• Demonstrated leadership in line management
