As a key member of our team at Atlantic Packaging, this role emphasizes mechanical system operation and maintenance. You’ll perform troubleshooting, prepare maintenance reports, and actively participate in safety initiatives while maintaining documentation for our equipment. Your contribution will directly impact our production efficiency and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime

• Troubleshoot machinery issues using manuals and blueprints

• Prepare detailed maintenance reports and suggest improvements

• Repair pumps, valves, and motors as needed

• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Industrial Mechanic License – 433A

• Red Seal Journeyman certification

• At least 2–3 years experience in manufacturing

• Familiarity with pneumatic controls and welding preferred

• Knowledge of CMMS documentation processes
