Position: Manufacturing Engineering Lead Role
Join Rocket Lab as a Manufacturing Engineering Lead and play a pivotal role in enhancing satellite component production from Toronto, Ontario. This fully in-person position emphasizes continuous improvement and adheres to aerospace quality standards.

In this leadership position, you will be responsible for managing manufacturing teams while ensuring the efficiency and reliability of ADCS components. Your proven experience in managing high-reliability environments will be key as you apply design for manufacture strategies and solve production challenges through quality tools like Six Sigma.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document manufacturing procedures and optimize processes

• Manage bills of materials and work instructions

• Analyze and address manufacturing discrepancies

• Implement solutions for efficiency improvements

• Support training for production personnel on processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering field

• Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing role

• Experienced in Six Sigma, Lean, and root cause analyses

• Familiar with mechanical assembly and electronics manufacturing

• Knowledge of environmental testing methods
