Position: Night Shift Mill Helper at Amrize

At the Stouffville site, the Mill Helper will perform essential daily tasks relating to the Sand and Gravel Plant operations. This role emphasizes safety, and you will ensure compliance with Amrize Best Practices and regulatory guidelines, making a positive impact on the operational standards. Your responsibilities include equipment maintenance, inspections, and environmental support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain safety culture through employee engagement

• Ensure plant security, cleanliness, and functionality

• Support Environmental Department in operational standards

• Operate and maintain equipment per manufacturer specs

• Perform daily inspections as part of maintenance

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in industrial plant operation and maintenance

• Heavy equipment operation experience an asset

• Mechanical aptitude with specific training preferred

• Familiarity with safety protocols and equipment
